Buckeyes in the NFL (Week 7, 2016)

Well, if you’re an Ohio State fan, your football weekend was a little ruined by the current Buckeyes disappointing 24-21 loss a Penn State dropping them from #2 to #6 in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll. But they’re still in control of their destiny to win the B1G Championship and even earn an invite to the College Football Playoff. Anyhow, hopefully the play of OSU Alums in the NFL lifted your spirits.

NFL leading rusher Ezekiel Elliott and the Dallas Cowboys were on a bye, so were Ted Ginn Junior, Corey “Philly” Brown and Kurt Coleman of the Carolina Panthers.

A handful of former Bucks were sidelined with injury. Darron Lee of the New York Jets missed the team’s 24-16 victory over the Baltimore Ravens. Lee came into the game as the Jets leading tackler on the season (30). His Jets teammate, second-year wide receiver Devin Smith, is on the physically unable to perform list.
